FAQ
The apartment is for students only. Most students are from Santa Monica College, however, students from other community colleges and language schools are also welcome to move in.
The rate paid by each resident at i-dorm includes the following:
・Utilities (electricity, water, etc.)
・Wi-Fi
Yes, the apartment is fully furnished.
The apartment is smoke-free in all indoor and outdoor areas. No pets are allowed. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to limits on duration and apartment-mate consent.
Immediate move-in may be available. Please inquire with our staff.
Yes, our apartments are separated by gender. We operate individual units exclusively for male or female residents, so each apartment is designated for same-gender occupancy only.
Unfortunately, we do not accept paying by credit card.
ABOUT WELLUS INC.
We have always strived to provide the best possible study abroad environment for our students. However, we have received numerous comments about various problems with homestays, one of the accommodation options, an environment that makes it difficult to concentrate on studying, and concerns about rising rents due to rapid inflation. In response to these comments, we have decided to take a new step forward. That is to “operate a new model of apartments” to provide a safe study environment and a place where students can meet friends beyond their borders.
